The Application Configuration Analyst provides software configuration along with operational support for the organization’s enterprise governance, risk and compliance framework primarily within the RSA Archer Smart Suite Framework. This role is 50/50; business analyst and technical engineering (very little to no coding). The right candidate will play a critical part in diagnosing issues, solving problems and configuring the Archer framework to enable Risk Management processes and activities.

Job duties and responsibilities include:
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis. Provide consultation services to business users in order to refine requirements and explain tradeoffs between usability and performance.
Interpret and convert business needs into process-based solutions.
Configure, test, document and deploy automated process flow solutions on the Archer platform following an agile application development methodology.
Modify existing process solutions to correct errors, implement enhancements or improve performance.
Provide on-going support of automated process solutions.
Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in application configuration or equivalent work
Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Team oriented.
A background in business analysis, risk management, and/or software configuration.
Understanding of Operational Risk Program a plus.
Experience with RSA Archer or similar eGRC products a plus (e.g. Accelus, OpenPages, BWise, MetricStream, etc.)
