We are looking for an eager and motivated HRIS Analyst to join us on our HR Transformation journey. Minnesota, St. Louis, or Milwaukee preferred / possible telecommuting for the right candidate!

If you decide to grow your career with us, you will work with Human Resources, key stakeholders, external vendors or additional technology teams to:
Consult with Human Resources, business partners, vendors and other key stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impact to other systems, consider options and recommend solutions.
Assist with analyzing new market solutions including Cloud-based HR applications such as Time & Attendance, Compensation and Talent Management functions.
Act as overall project member or project team lead in a variety of HR application projects (small to large in size).
Understand HR business processes and optimize technology solutions including data relationships and interfaces to and from other systems.
Configure, recommend, test and maintain systems with complex business rules, formulas and workflows within our Core HR applications.
Conduct iterative testing and verification of interfaces, workflows, and other HR Application functions
Participate and at times lead efforts related to implementing system upgrades, service packs or software releases, small application changes, and technical/user documentation updates.
Advanced troubleshooting skills in assessing breaks in business processes, workflows or system application design, configuration or custom programs.
Responsible for managing or assisting with system administration duties, research/resolution, consulting, and hands-on functional support.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 Years of relevant work experience in HR Technology

Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 8.9 or higher), including Payroll
2 or more years of experience with Kronos (or similar) Time & Attendance
Proficient in HR business processes, managing and supporting multiple HR applications and business processes from both a technical and functional standing
Good working knowledge and expertise of HR functions, business rules and tools used to manage
Knowledge of PeopleSoft table structures, setup & configuration, PS Query, BI/XML publisher
Strong interpersonal, logical reasoning, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities in a fast paced environment
Identify and develop strategy and use cases, participate, facilitate and/or manage technology testing
Solid understanding of data structures/workflow design, query/reporting tools and research and analytical skills will be needed.
