Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity in our Information Systems Department for entry level position. The Information Systems (IS) Support Technician is responsible for the setup and maintenance of applications, securities, websites and hardware for employees, as well as the upkeep of inventory and basic care, maintenance and set up of phones and peripheral equipment. This position is also responsible for basic staff trainings on applications, websites and hardware/equipment.
The Duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintains current inventory for systems, phones and peripheral equipment
Maintains and monitors multiple phone systems
Provides support for all peripheral equipment
Coordinates all needed hardware for new employees
Checks and sets up equipment at multiple sites
Extracts surveillance video and monitors surveillance equipment.
Coordinates with HR and EHR Specialist to set up new employees with appropriate application logins and securities according to policies and established deadlines
Provides introduction to systems, networks and hardware for new employees
Provides basic hardware/software/application support for staff
Works with EHR specialist in creating Credible functions.

High School Diploma or GED, 2-year technical degree or similar experience.
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
