Job Description:

The Regulatory Affairs Associate (FDA) will assure FDA, state, and international government documentation complies with regulatory requirements for applicable products. MEASURES OF SUCCESS Ensure regulatory compliance of current products by managing all labeling (labels, ads, websites and other promotional material) by appropriate means to ensure adequate registrations, federal/state compliance, etc. Compile and process Adverse Event reporting and reports of regulated products, as well as specific sales reporting, data management and invoicing for NASC. Work directly with internal staff as backup for the Regulatory Affairs Specialist as well as backup for international registration functions. Assist with deployment and maintenance of regulatory procedures. Assist with other various Regulatory matters such as state restrictions list, lab samples, etc. Assist with other duties as required/requested by the Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs. IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Employment or general knowledge of regulatory issues and governmental practices preferred. Must have ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Organization skills in prioritizing and managing multiple projects. Strong attention to details. Solid interpersonal skills – demonstrated ability to work with a variety of people. Team player – able to coordinate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Self-starter – takes initiative to solve problems and make decisions.
