Vice President of University Advancement
The role of University Advancement is to engage the alumni and friends of the University in ways that are meaningful to them. The Directors of Development for the colleges listed below are a member of the University Advancement team that focuses on major gift fundraising for their specific college. The University Advancement unit has had successive record fundraising years through a strategy of “donor focused, data driven” efforts.
These positions require an outgoing personality with high integrity, outstanding work ethic, intellectual bandwidth and the ability to engage people easily. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work as a teammate in collaborative efforts as well as be responsible for meeting weekly, monthly and annual goals.
These positions are responsible for the overall leadership, management, execution and follow-up of the College's fundraising (development) efforts. The Directors of Development report directly to the Vice President of University Advancement, and work closely with their specific College; their college’s Dean, faculty and staff in providing leadership to the unit as we prepare for our next comprehensive campaign.
College of Allied Health & Nursing - Director of Development
The College of Allied Health & Nursing (CAHN) is looking for a talented, energetic self-starter, to join a vibrant, fast-paced, industry best-practices focused advancement unit. The College of Allied Health and Nursing is a diverse and thriving learning community of approximately 2400 undergraduate and 275 graduate students studying in eight undergraduate and four graduate programs. The college is served by 84 full–time faculty who are leaders in their professions and dedicated to excellence in teaching.
