Case Manager I

We are searching for a Case Manager I to provide intensive supportive services to people who experience chronic homelessness. Our consumers are adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependency issues and we support them with housing and case management. Responsibilities are to:

Help clients gain and maintain stable housing Provide assistance in the development of independent living skills

Help the participant develop and consistently work towards a goal plan

Required qualifications:
Current and valid driver's license
Current and valid auto insurance
Bachelor's degree in behavior science

3+ years experience as a case manager aide working with people who experience homelessness

Preferred qualifications:
Fluency in a language other than English
Direct work experience with individuals who have experienced homelessness, mental illness, and/or chemical dependency
Experience with Landlord engagement and retention
Experience placing and supporting consumers in housing
