Job Description:

Recognized as a Top 150 Workplace, People Incorporated serves people with mental illness in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area. In 2015, we reached over 10,000 individuals through more than 60 different programs. Helping people with mental illness requires great flexibility and creativity. That's why we start with the person first...developing innovative, effective services that provide the care, resources, and connections that will help each person in the best way possible. Join us in our mission to support mental health and wellness in our community through collaboration and integration of care!

We are honored to be selected as one of the clinics to launch the first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) within the United States! CCBHC are community clinics that offer comprehensive, coordinated and integrated care to children and adults with complex mental and chemical health conditions. CCBHC will provide outreach, increase access, improve services, and serve as a "one-stop-shop" to those who are currently underserved with mental health and substance use disorders.

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional I to launch our CCBHC project! This is an opportunity to create a new way to wrap services around a consumer to ensure they are connected to resources. The CCBHC mobile team will strive to provide integrated and seamless services to our consumers in the community. Responsibilities include:
•Developing therapeutic alliances with consumers
•Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments
•Collaborating with consumers to create individualized treatment plans
•May include maintaining a caseload of consumers
•Linking consumers to company and community resources for mental health, chemical health, and physical health
•Reviewing clinical documentation and ensuring that the clinical practices of the team are compliant with the CCBHC approach
•Developing close working relationships with internal and external community partners

Although the team is mobile there will be a home base with clinical consultation. There may also be opportunities to provide individual therapy to consumers as needed.

Required Qualifications:
•Master's degree in human service field
•One year of full-time experience delivering services to people with mental illness
•Current and valid professional license in the state of Minnesota: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP

Desired Qualifications:
•Knowledge of motivational interviewing, CBT, crisis intervention, DBT, trauma-informed care, and psychiatric rehabilitation
•Experience completing diagnostic assessments

People Incorporated offers a suite of comprehensive medical and dental benefits as well as competitive pay, paid time off and supervision toward professional licensure.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability, veterans or other status unrelated to job qualifications.
