We are launching a new centralized Access Services team! This team will be responsible for connecting new and current consumers with services. Our goal is to ensure that we are able to engage with consumers and help them navigate how to connect with services at People Incorporated in ways that are integrated and seamless.

We are searching for an Access Placement Coordinator to join the start up! This is an opportunity to support referred consumers with access to our residential programs. Responsibilities include:
Establishing strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external referral sources
Developing and initiating a communication strategy to ensure internal and external partners are aware of current and upcoming vacancies
Maintaining and managing a wait-list for referred clients and a program vacancy list
Assessing potential referrals to ensure appropriate eligibility standards are met
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each residential program, working closely with program staff to ensure appropriate placements/referrals are made
The schedule for this position is: Monday-Friday, daytime hours with flexibility to work outside of business hours to attend occasional meetings

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Four years of full-time experience providing services to people with mental illness
OR
Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or a related field
Two years of full-time experience providing services to people with mental illness
OR
Master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
