Our School-Linked Mental Health Services program, sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, provides on-site mental health services to students who would otherwise not be able to access these services in the community.

Our Mental Health Therapists work with children to provide them with access to therapy in a school setting. Position responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with children, parents and other family members
Creating and implementing treatment plans
Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans
Conducting individual therapy and, as needed, conducting family and group therapies
Collaborating with school staff regarding referrals and scheduling
This position will begin immediately during the summer months on a part-time or full-time basis. The position will be full-time upon the start of the school year.

Required qualifications:
Current and valid licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC
Master's degree in behavior sciences
Previous experience with children, adolescents and families in a therapeutic arena

Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with school systems and school personnel
Proven success collaborating on interdisciplinary teams
