Collects, processes and performs laboratory testing in accordance with laboratory protocol.
An Associate degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent certification from American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) is required.
• American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), HEW or military certification is required.
• New graduates must attain certification within 12 months of hire. Failure to attain certification will result in demotion or loss of position.
This is a full time position (1.0FTE - 80 hours per two week pay period.) Schedule: M-F with varying start times between 7am-12pm. position will also work rotationg weekends and 1-2 holidays per year.
